I am a resident in Gibraltar and am applying for a sponsor-led EEA Resident visitor visa waiver for the person detailed overleaf. As sponsor I accept full responsibility for his/her stay in Gibraltar. I also accept that I am responsible for ensuring he/she does not remain in Gibraltar beyond the date authorised by this waiver.

Should the immigration authorities need to contact the person I am sponsoring, I agree that they will be able to do so through me at the contact details I have provided above.
