PRESENT JOB DESCRIPTION: i) As an E&I engineer to carryout plant maintenance activities compounded specifically to Cement Mill, Wagon tippler, Stacker, Reclaimer and Packing Plant section. ii) Planning & execution of preventive Maintenance of electrical equipment. Maintenance of PCC, MCC, Substation & switchyard Equipment for improving overall reliability, safety & production process. iii) Tracking if breakdown occurs, implementing preventive maintenance programme to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment undergoing maintenance. iv) Directing & instructing maintenance technicians, monitoring expenses with optimum utilization of resources. v) To maintain Spare inventory. vi) Regulation and strict follow of DUPONT safety standards, Providing SWP/SOP and tool box talk management. PROJECT PLANNING AND EXECUTION I) Execution of capital projects for capacity enhancement and reducing energy consumption involving erection, testing and commissioning of equipment. II) Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution involving finalization of technical specification, rendering procurement, erection, testing, Commissioning, site management, manpower planning and liaising with suppliers.
