Currently looks like there may be a few businesses interested in helping with the project. Once we get a better cost and make sure it is the scoreboard that meets the school’s needs, we can reach out to businesses and explore other fundraising avenues. Discussion on how to recognize contributors? Is there room on the scoreboard panels? Perhaps a plaque in the gym. Goal to have in place by beginning of next school year.

Booster Banquet - May 31 Bob checked into different venues but hard to find place to accommodate large # of people. Plus schedule date is locked in. Discussed issues with middle school portion. We will try something new this year. Have MS program at elementary school. Serve hors d'oeuvres. 4:00 MS program, 5:30 dinner at HS. HS Program to follow dinner. Middle school can attend the dinner if they want. No charge for MS program. Charge for dinner as usual. Bob will work with Jack on food for hors d’oeuvres and dinner. Programs and tickets are handled by Bob and Louise. Joe and students will set up the gym (and elementary mpr?). Is there another way to set up the tables in the high school gym? Perhaps with smaller group (high school only) it will be ok. Linda is working on slide show (need ski team pictures).

Ice Cream Social – May 14 – 5:30 start serving, 6:00 music starts. Discussed flyers and getting word to parents. Joe gave flyer to Thom. Bob will follow up on communications for band parents.
