Presentation of the Minutes of the January 24, 2017 meeting and training Presentation of Treasurer Reports Election of Officers and Board of Directors Proposal of an updated CEOA Logo Florida Association of Code Enforcement Seeking candidates for the F.A.C.E. Board of Directors Members Helping Members 50/50 Drawing

Responsibilities of each Officer: President sets the direction of the Board, Vice President finds meeting places and schedules speakers, if there are continuing ed credits the VP submits the appropriate info to FACE through the institute of Government. Treasurer accepts all monies for the Association, (membership fees, 50/50, raffle monies), pays any bills and manages accounts, produces a monthly Treasury Report. Secretary keeps a membership list, an e-mail distribution list, minutes and other records of the Association. The Secretary sends out announcements of meetings, renewal notices and other correspondence as needed.

Board Members: 2 year terms Debra Mitchell, Wellington first year of two year term John Jarvis, Village of Wellington first year of two year term John Frasca, West Palm Beach first year of two year term Helen Archer, Wellington second year of two year term Lori Hart, Wellington filling seat held by Carlos Maldonado second year of two year term
