Board of Directors Members Helping Members 50/50 Drawing</p><p>Responsibilities of each Officer: President sets the direction of the Board, Vice President finds meeting places and schedules speakers, if there are continuing ed credits the VP submits the appropriate info to FACE through the institute of Government. Treasurer accepts all monies for the Association, (membership fees, 50/50, raffle monies), pays any bills and manages accounts, produces a monthly Treasury Report. Secretary keeps a membership list, an e-mail distribution list, minutes and other records of the Association.
