None of the performers named above are included in a different entry in this contest Song must be either (a) originally written music and performed by the entrants or (b) a cappella.

Songs must not contain any indecency, profanity or obscenity as determined by Station in its sole discretion. KEEP IT CLEAN.

You understand that radio Station KDND and other sponsors of this contest have the right to use your performance in any way they see fit without any compensation to you, including, without limitation, posting it on a website, d. If you are selected as a Grand Prize Winner, you will be required to perform on September 13, 2008 at Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA. (Endfest 17) and must check-in no later than 12pm in order to perform. e. You understand that these recordings of your song will not be returned to you, and f.
