Legal Experience:

Bradford E. Bullock, partner, heads the firm’s litigation area and practices trial and appellate law in complex federal and state claims, including but not limited to First Amendment, RLUIPA, Fair Housing, Voting Rights, and Texas Tort Claims Act. Bradford has argued various high profile cases to the Fifth Circuit and continues to be a regular lecturer and author on matters ranging from the regulation of sexually oriented businesses and the First Amendment to the Fair Housing Act and legislative immunity. Bradford additionally has served as either City Attorney or Assistant City Attorney for a number of cities in Texas, and brings that valuable insight into the courtroom.
