Location: Hickory Grove Golf Course 1509 Outer Rd, Oelwein, IA 50662

Start Time: 4:30 pm (Middle School Girls)

Online Entry: Follow online submission instructions provided by Hilltopper Results. Submit entries for all levels online. Deadline for entry submission is August 24th

Entry Fee: $85 per school. Bring your check with you, or send to Steven Lueck, Athletic Director. Oelwein High School 315 8th Ave SE, Oelwein, IA 50662

Course: Map attachment will be emailed in advance, and map will be available upon arrival at the meet. Fun Run for all middle school runners (number of entrants unlimited) 1 mile JV Girls (number of entrants unlimited) 5K JV Boys (number of entrants unlimited) 5K Varsity Girls (may enter 7, score 5 from each team) 5K Varsity Boys (may enter 7, score 5 from each team) 5K

Packets: Pick up upon arrival.

Results: Will be given to you after the awards ceremony

Concessions: Available at the course

Parking: Buses- Hickory Grove parking lot All other parking will be on golf course driving range **There is a $5 per vehicle parking fee. Please inform your spectators**

Teams: Dyersville Beckman, Center Point-Urbana, Central Elkader, Waterloo Columbus, Decorah, Denver, Dike-New Hartford, Don Bosco, Dunkerton, Edgewood-Colesburg, Jesup, North Linn, Oelwein, Sumner-Fredericksburg, Tripoli, La Porte City-Union, Wapsie Valley, Waterloo East, Waukon, Waverly-Shell Rock, West Delaware, Western Dubuque

1. All JV and Middle School Results will be awarded with ribbons within the chute upon the completion of the race. 2. All Varsity results will be presented at the conclusion of the meet.

Meet Itinerary: Start times after the MS girls are approximate. Please be aware that they may change due to weather or early completion.

**PARKING-There will be a $5 charge per vehicle for parking, please inform your athletes and parents**

**Please keep athletes off of the golf course greens**

**Coaches, each start box is 3 feet wide, be sure to put your fastest runners in front***
