4:15 Call to Order by Jason Fine

4:15 Open Comment Period. None. No one present.

Representatives from Hill International exit the room.

4:15 Motion to move to Executive Session (Jason Fine) The chair read the following.

Our purpose is to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property. I declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body;

Under this Purpose, as with the collective bargaining and litigation Purpose, an executive session may only be held where an open meeting may have a detrimental impact on the body's negotiating position with a third party. At the time that the executive session is proposed and voted on, the chair must state on the record that having the discussion in an open session may be detrimental to the public body's negotiating position. and:

To consider or interview applicants for employment or appointment by a preliminary screening committee if the chair declares that an open meeting will have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants; provided, however, that this clause shall not apply to any meeting, including meetings of a preliminary screening committee, to consider and interview applicants who have passed a prior preliminary screening;

The chair also invited Mike Ronan into the Executive session 2nd to the motion (John Williams) Pass- Role Call Vote - Unanimous

4:16 Motion to approve minutes from 12/30 meeting (Joe Perna) 2nd (Jason Fine.) Pass- Unanimous.

4:20: Committee discusses logistics of how to conduct the interview. Agrees each committee member will take turns, and discuss which questions to ask.

4:20: Marjorie Ward joins the meeting

4:25 Joslin Lesser Representatives are invited back into the meeting

4:26: John Williams introduces the committee, and provides the candidates with an overview of the schedule for the interview.

Interview begins with introductions of the Joslin Lesner representatives.

5:35 Interview concludes.

5:35 Committee takes a 5 minute break prior to debriefing

5:45 Committee reconvenes and the committee discusses the presentation and candidates response to questions.

5:45: The committee discusses the presentation and candidates response to questions. The group discusses follow up questions. Mike Ronan will communicate our follow up questions to JLA.

6:05: The committee discusses options and possible approaches to checking references.

6:15: The committee has ranked the two candidates based on discussion and evaluation of the interview question responses, and decided not to check references on lower ranked candidate.

The group decides to check references (6) for the first ranked candidate and assigns them to 5 committee members.

The group decides to not check references for the 3rd candidate prior to their interview.

6:26 Committee members are asked to submit candidate specific questions for the third interview to Mike Ronan by Wednesday morning.

Move to Adjourn (John Williams ) , 2nd (Cross Barnes) Pass: Unanimous.
