SPONSORS COMMENTS----Why do you feel this Nominee should be selected to be in the WDCHOF

I have known Lorne Ferrazzutti since the early 1950’s. Lorne has now been involved with the Drum Corps movement for 57 years. I have continuously admired and respected his work as a competitive drummer, instructor and arranger. Lorne was a Canadian drumming pioneer in the 1950’s and 1960’s. His work with the Toronto Optimist drum line can only be described as exemplary. Many of his students have gone on to become instructors, arrangers and or judges for the Canadian Judges Association, DCI and DCA. In addition to his work in drum corps, his instruction/arranging expertise covering a thirty year tenure with the Burlington Teen Tour Band is recognized both domestically and internationally.
