G9 Offensive main name - s.6(2)(e): trustees must change it

As part of the [registration process] [process of considering charity names] we check [a proposed charity's] [a charity's] name to ensure that it is not offensive.

In our view, the name is offensive and we cannot enter it in the Register of Charities. The trustees must therefore choose and validly adopt a different name and confirm it to us using our online form.

Please note that if the trustees refuse to change the name then we can direct them to change it using our legal powers.
