Schedule of Rates – Fall Harvest 2016

SCALE TICKETS Please make sure your ticket is marked properly for the following: (1) landlord, (2) tenant, (3) commodity, (4) how you want your grain applied -- contract, price later, stored, or sold. All grains will be allowed one week for a final decision. If final decision is to sell, sales price will be posted price at day of notice to sell.

STORAGE RATES Corn: 20 cents minimum to Dec. 31, 2016, then (3 cents/month) pro-rated daily to Aug. 31, 2017.

Soybeans: 22 cents minimum to Dec. 31, 2016, then (3 cents/month) pro-rated daily to Aug.31, 2017.

PRICE LATER SERVICE CHARGES Corn: 18 cents minimum to Dec 31, 2016, then (3 cents/month) pro-rated daily to Aug 31, 2017.

Soybeans: 20 cents minimum to Dec 31, 2016, then (3 cents/month) pro-rated daily to Aug 31, 2017.

CORN OR SOYBEANS CARRIED OVER TO THE NEXT YEAR Grain remaining on DP or in storage at September 1, 2016, is subject to the new minimum.

MOISTURE Corn Sold & Delayed Price Soybeans Charged drying and shrunk to 15% 1.25% shrink for each ½ point of moisture, *Drying deducted from check on a load by load basis up to 15%

Corn Stored (Open Storage & WR) Loads 15.1% or higher will shrink @ rate of 2% per Charged drying to 15% ½ point of moisture to 15%. Drying invoiced in Nov. 2016, due date Jan. 2017 Shrunk to 14.5% @ 1.4% per point of moisture

OTHER DISCOUNTS Corn Foreign material: 3.0% allowed – 3.1 to 4% = 3 cents, 4.1 to 5% = 6 cents, 5.1 to 6% = 10 cents, 6.1 to 7% = 14 cents, over 7% subject to rejection.

Damage: 5.0% allowed – 5.1 to 6% = 1 cent, 6.1 to 7% = 2 cents, 7.1 to 8% = 5 cents, 8.1 to 9% = 8 cents, 9.1 to 10% = 11 cents, over 10% subject to rejection.

Test weight: 54 lb. allowed – 53.9 to 53 = 1 cent, 52.9 to 52 = 2 cents, 51.9 to 51 = 4 cents, 50.9 to 50 = 6 cents, under 50 subject to rejection.

Aflatoxin: 20 PPB allowed, over 20 PPB subject to processor discounts if available, or rejection.

Soybeans Foreign material: 1.0% allowed – above 1% is a direct weight deduction.

Damage: 2.0% allowed - 2 cents each 1 point above 2%.

Test Weight: 54.0 lb. allowed – 1 cent each lb. below 54.0 lb.
