December, 1999 Newsletter

PRESIDENT MESSAGE:

I hope everyone has had a great Thanksgiving. By this time, I'm sure that some of you have been able to put some venison in your freezer. The goose season is really hitting full stride, with the onset of winter coming just over the horizon. Yes, it's a great time of year if you're an outdoorsman.

But this time of year is made special by an event that happened some 2000 years ago. Christmas is a very heartwarming time of year. It's at this time of year when it seems most people are a little more cordial and giving of themselves and their time. Christmas trees decorated with our favorite trimmings adorn our homes. Lights and lawn ornaments brighten up our porches and yards. The joy of giving seems more prevalent now than at any other time of year. At this time, may we all take a moment and remember the true reason for the season. I hope your holidays are filled with warm memories of family and friends, and may your New Year and New Millennium be a time of joy and hope.

God Bless and Good Training.
