The Event will be held under the International Sporting Code of the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), the V8 Supercars Operations Manual (“the Rules”), any applicable National Competition Rules of the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd (CAMS) which are not in conflict with the Rules, Kumho Tyre V8 Touring Car Series Information, the Supplementary Regulations, any Further Regulations or instructions and any Bulletins that may be issued.

I have read the Supplementary Regulations issued for this Event and agree to be bound them.

The completion by a Competitor and submission to the Secretary of the Meeting of this Entry Form is confirmation by the Competitor as Entry to this Event in accordance with the provisions of the ISC.

Drivers holding an International licence issued by an ASN other than CAMS and that provide an authorisation issued by the ASN that issued their licence are permitted to Compete in this Event. Such Drivers will be ineligible to score points in any “Series” held in accordance with these Rules.

As the Authorised Representative of the Team, I confirm the Team’s intention to Enter for the Event outlined above, pursuant to Rule A5.3

Declaration of Conformity

I being the Authorised Representative of the vehicle described on the Kumho Tyre V8 Touring Car Series Entry Form and legally authorised to enter the Car described on this form, hereby declare and undertake to the event organisers and the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS) that the vehicle and all related equipment and components necessary for participation in this Event shall be presented, at all times and in every respect, in a condition suitable for use in this activity, and that I have caused the vehicle to be inspected according to a maintenance schedule which I have developed and that it is free from mechanical defects, be they of preparation or structural integrity, that may render the vehicle unsafe for the proposed activity. Further, I acknowledge and agree that where any aspect of the Car or related equipment and components is found to be in breach of the Kumho Tyre V8 Touring Car Series Sporting & Technical Regulations it will render me in breach of these Regulations.
