Rate Information 1. All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax). 2. Rates are valid from 01 April 2017- 31 March 2018. 3. Rates quotes are per cage for the Cage of Death.

Cancellation Policy 1. Entry: No cancellation fees apply 2. Cage of Death: 100% payable for all cancellations within 72hrs prior to arrival 3. Big Croc Feed Experience: 100% payable for all cancellations within 72hrs prior to arrival 4. Croc N History Explorer Ticket/Croc Explorer/Croc N History: 100% payable for all cancellations within 24hours 5. Groups: (no F&B) 50% of entry fee will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of arrival 6. Groups: (F&B included) 50% of total package payable within 14 days. 100% payable within 72hrs

Cage of Death Policy: Times: 9.30am, 10.00am, 10.30am; 12noon, 12.30pm, 1.00pm, 1.30pm, 3.00pm, 3.30pm, 4.00pm, 4.30pm, 5.00pm Cage of Death dive time/s should be requested at the time of enquiry and will be confirmed within 24hours of request. 1. Minimum age of participants is 15 years 2. Persons between the ages of 15-17 years must be accompanied by an adult/person over 18yrs and show photo ID 3. Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to confirmed time for safety briefing. 4. Participants will be required to sign an indemnity release form at Crocosaurus Cove prior to dive time. Participants between the ages of 15-17 must have parental consent and indemnity signed by a parent 5. All times are subject to change due to weather conditions and guest safety.

Big Croc Feed VIP Experience Policy: Times: 10.00am and 1.00pm 1. Minimum age of participants is 4 years 2. Persons between the ages of 4-10 years must be accompanied by an adult/person over 18yrs and safety apparatuses are required at various times throughout the tour 3. Participants must arrive 10 minutes prior to confirmed tour time 4. Tour requires a minimum of 2 passengers for the tour to commence. Max number per tour is 8 passengers.
