The basic thrust of my contributions to knowledge is attaining and sustaining quality education. The emphases are on fundamental strategies for continuous training and development of teaching personnel.

The provision of a stress-free academic climate, adequate funding and strategic concepts which will guide against wastage, by applying appropriate means of accountability and transparency in education. In addition, as educational administrator, the gospel is that quality teachers, learners, curriculum and teaching environment jointly fosters/determines quality outcomes.
