Other Tips:

 Timing: Mid- December Holiday Camps and New Year’s Eve Camps. Friday nights, Saturday mid- day or Saturday nights. Look into when school gets out for winter break and go from there.

 How long: 2-3 hours in length to give parents enough time to drop off, have some time and then come back for pick-up time

 What to charge: Look into day camp rates in your area, and think about your expenses (rent, craft, snack, equipment purchased etc..) and go from there. We usually recommend between $35-$45 per camper  Special Offers: Create a sense of urgency and encourage people to RSVP early by providing a discount. For example, camp is on Dec. 19, encourage them to RSVP by Dec. 12 and receive $10 off of their entire registration. OR you could offer $5 off for every new camper they refer.

 HAVE FUN!!!
