Plan to Achieve Greatness by being Prepared Checklist:
• Agenda planner: purchased @ Wadsworth and will be used daily for vital commu- nications. If lost and/or destroyed please replace immediately.
• The following are necessary for daily class participation and should be available for use as requested: #2 pencils (wooden only), highlighters, wooden ruler, black, blue, and red pens, coloring supplies (no markers), glue stick, liquid glue, scissors, art supply container (hard plastic or zip pouch), notebook paper, hand-held pencil sharpener with cover, and (optional) small stapler.
• A flash/jump drive is need and should be available per request.
• Internet and printer access at home is needed for all classes.
• Four large boxes of Kleenex and three containers of Clorox wipes are general classroom necessities., liquid glue, ream of white paper/color paper, clear Scott Tape, Masking tape (various widths) Supplies per Subject Area:
• Math: Mead three subject spiral notebook with a vinyl from cover or two 2 com- positions, and a calculator
• Language Arts: Mead three subject spiral notebook with a vinyl from cover, dou- ble sided tape, Post-It Stick On tabs, and glue
• Science: Two (2) composition notebook, Mead three subject spiral with a vinyl from cover notebook, and tri-fold backboard
• Social Studies: One – one inch three-ring notebook (black) and five subject di- viders
• Spanish: Two composition notebook
• Composition notebook (Morning Enrichment)
