YC Emissions Unit Operations in Relation to its Potential to Emit and for units permitted at their Potential to Emit

Replace the XXXXs with the following terms with the following:

XXXX1 with the pollutant(s) permitted at the potential to emit for the source

XXXX2 is the TPY limit for the pollutant in XXXX1

XXXX3 - specify: the type of pollutant (e.g., VOC(s), particulate(s), or organic compounds)

Y.5 Additional Terms and Conditions, Documentation of the Rate of Operations in Relation to its Potential to Emit (PTE)

Use this term if operating at a rate less than the potential to emit; the annual emission limitation is not established as a synthetic minor (i.e., rolling, 12-month) limitation and the permit will not be issued as a draft-before-final permit action:

1.a.1.a. The annual [XXXX1] emissions from this emissions unit shall not exceed [XXXX2] tons per year. This emissions limit does not reflect the potential to emit for the purposes of avoiding federal permitting requirements.

Use this term if a new raw material could be used that would cause the potential to emit to increase

Use one of the following terms if operating at the potential to emit:

1.a.1.c. The hourly/daily [XXXX1] emissions limits were established to reflect the potential to emit for this emissions unit. Therefore, it is not necessary to develop record keeping and/or reporting requirements to ensure compliance with this short term emissions limitation.
