“Economic Development” and “Fundamentals of Property Appraisal” are required courses in the certification program. “Environmental Management” and “Regional Approaches and City-County Cooperation” are elective courses. The CCAP course is only for those officials who have completed the Commissioners Certification Program. The CCAP class being offered at this session is a required course. Attendance is limited to 60 participants in each class; you may want to indicate a second choice. The Fairgrounds are located at 1-75 at exit 135. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn at I-75 and exit 136. Call 478-987-3313 and ask for the Georgia Municipal Association rate of $72.
