PEARL PIRATES TOUCHDOWN CLUB

Dear Pearl Area Business Owner,

The Pearl Touchdown Club is a non-profit organization of volunteers who provide camp scholarships, equipment, and meals for the Pearl High School football team. It also provided professional development opportunities for the coaching staff. One of the primary missions of the Touchdown Club is to raise monies to support the football program needs for a variety of items that cannot be covered within a very tight budget. Last year the Touchdown Club was able to provide monies to purchase 90 pairs of Nike cleats, pregame and postgame meals, one-half the cost of the senior stadium wrap posters, new equipment in the weight room, as well as many other necessities.

2014 was another strong year for the Pirate football program. We were able to give the largest number of players ever an opportunity to play and letter in Varsity Football, giving us some solid experienced players to fill the losses of a large senior class this year. We ended the season with a 11-4 record and played in the North Half Championship Game.

Looking toward the future, the program sees the need for additional uniform purchases, likely helmet replacements, further training equipment, coaching headsets, etc. In preparation for this, and in recognition of the tight economic times, the Touchdown Club is asking for your help as an advertiser in our 2015 Pearl Pirate Football Program.
