 Description: Each student will be assigned a specific cattle breed out of the above breeds. Students will create an accurate cut out of a cow of their specific breed. The cut out should represent breed characteristics. On the back side of the cow students should have the following information present:

 Color/Colors and any combination of them

 When it was introduced in the United States

 Country of Origin  Polled or Horned, and is some cases both

 At least 5 other characteristics or breed facts

 At the least 1 colored picture of the breed
