Delegate Enrollment Form

Under the provisions of the Chapter By-Laws, each council in the Greater Cincinnati area may elect to be a member of the Cincinnati Chapter. Each council may have as few as one (1) delegate and as many as three (3) delegates. Each delegate must pay a fee of $10.00 for each calendar year. Please name an alternate for each delegate. Only councils with PAID fees will have voting privileges. The Grand Knight, by virtue of his office, should be the first delegate.

Please complete the following and submit it to the Chapter Treasurer with your check, ASAP but no later than the August Chapter Meeting. PLEASE PRINT!! If an e-mail address is available, please provide it to help reduce Chapter costs.

Cincinnati Chapter meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month. Rosary is at 7:15 PM, with the meeting following at 7:30 PM. Locations of the meetings will vary each month. They will be announced each month at the end of the meeting and posted on the web site. If a delegate cannot attend, he should notify his alternate well in advance so he can make plans to represent the council. If the alternate wishes to receive the newsletter, he must provide an e-mail address to [email protected]
