SCHOOL DISTRICT OF WESTFIELD Fund 21 Grant Application

The School District of Westfield has received a generous donation from Brakebush Brothers, Inc. The purpose of the donation is to help support various clubs and organizations associated with the high school and middle school. Brakebush Brothers would like to positively impact as many students as possible and to make the overall educational experience at Westfield memorable and successful.

Due to the thoughtful donation, please do not solicit Brakebush Brothers for future fundraising.

If you are interested in requesting money for your organization, fill out the application below and return it to the District Office by October 16, 2017. Allocation of awards will be determined by October 23, 2017.
