Your TTU Email Account has been set up on the Exchange Server. Your PC Lab Account has been created.
Your username is and your initial password is your social security number.
1) Go to http://www.tntech.edu/its/password.htm and reset your TTU Domain password to gain access to your email. Then reset your PC Lab Domain password to gain access to the machines in any University PC Lab across the campus. In both cases, your old password is your T number (Tech Banner ID). Choose a new password that you will remember consisting of 6 or more characters, using letters and digits. Avoid common words. Both passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.
2) You can access your email through a web browser from any location by using this URL: http://rim.tntech.edu NOTE step 3.
3) Your username to reach your email is your full email address (for example: [email protected]) and your password is what you set it to be.
4) This is the ONLY WAY to access your email until your machine has been configured with Outlook for the Exchange Server by someone from MicroSupport. A service call has been placed with MicroSupport and they will visit your machine as time allows. This service call is only to configure Outlook for email.
