The German Market Entry & Expansion Summit 2014 is held at the IGCC in Mumbai, India. On September 23rd 2014 the German consulting firm Consultinghouse gives a great opportunity for decision makers and entrepreneurs to get inspired on how Indian companies can differentiate themselves from their competitors by entering the German and European market. Along to the various market entry strategies, the attendants get insights on business-culture differences between Germany and Indian and how to source the right business partner in a new market.

As part of the seminar, you will learn about the challenges Indian companies have to face when entering the German market as well as interesting experiences presented in different case studies of companies already doing successful business in Germany. Furthermore, Prashant Choudhari, CEO of TACO GmbH in Germany, a subsidiary of TATA Motors shares his experience on challenges and opportunities in their process of entering the German market. Martin Wilke Martin Wilke has been working as a professional accountant and business advisor for more than 40 years. He has worked for German tax authorities and for PWC in Frankfurt, Germany. This time has taught him an exceptionally valuable insight into Germany's intricate business environment. In 1983, Mr. Wilke founded Consultinghouse and since then he has been supporting foreign investors in starting and growing their business operations in Germany and greater Europe.

Ritika Malik Ms. Ritika Malik completed a Master degree in Business administration from the University of Jena, Germany with specialization in Strategy, Management and Marketing. She is Consultinghouse’s leading business development advisor for the Indian market and is focused on our Indian clients. Ever since, Ms. Malik has completed numerous projects of clients coming from India to Germany. She advised international clients on how to structure their individual market entry strategies for the European markets in their very early stages.

Andreas Wilke Andreas graduated from the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship in Berlin, where he specialized in International Business Management. He then spent 2 years working for Deutsche Telekom, where he gained valuable experience engaging with Telekom's internal competence centers in Germany as well as in emerging BRIC countries, especially Brazil & India, with regard to cross-border investment projects. Andreas joined Consultinghouse in 2013 and works in Client Relations to advise foreign investors on strategies to successfully operate their business operations in European markets.
