Topic Discussion Outcomes 1. Mentoring Program Enrollment Management will Mentor Summer Success students that are not doing well academically. Plan to implement the program in the Spring 2012. Group reviewed forms

SOS mentor forms were reviewed: On SOS Project Mentor Profile:  Change title heading to Checklist for Mentor;  Add AA degree;  Remove statement “For what reasons would you like to become a mentor?,”  Remove Spanish references from form; mark form confidential;  Include statement, Form used to match with a student if possible. VPSS asked for language regarding matching as we may not have enough people to match a student with his choice.
