Fundraising Chairpersons: 5:20 (OPEN) Wes Mariner to cover Hold’em  Texas Hold’em Tournament Recap (11/05)  February & November 2012Texas Hold’em dates need set – Motion to have board set in December.  Need to complete work on 2012 Bingo License Renewal by December. Girl’s Personnel Director Report: 5:25 Joanna Wells  Next meeting 1/22 @ 6 PM – Wellington Town Hall. o Proposal from Elyria Charter School to join in A & B divisions. o County Officer Nominations will be held.  New girls who have not played for GHS in 2011 are not covered under the girls insurance. GHS does not have insurance to cover accidents on these individuals.

Boy’s Personnel Director Report: 5:26 Wes Mariner  Anyone whom played Boys Farm or T-Ball last year are not covered by Hot stove insurance until March 2012. Be careful practicing with kids that played in either division without a waiver from parents understanding Hot Stove does not have insurance to cover any accidents.

 Registration – Fees, location, dates discussed. o Belden is strongly considering $115 for registration and $450 for sponsorship fees. If there is an abundance of teams this year, Belden could house up to 10 teams. They currently have four (4) teams, allowing them to take on an additional six (6) teams for a total of 10 teams.  Clark reported that in order to properly complete the excavating job, more top soil will be needed. A motion was made to approve an additional purchase of soil, not to exceed $1000.00 by Al Lewis, Seconded by Kevin Yates. Motion approved.  Umpire Discussion: How GHS coordinates umpires for each game vs. Belden vs. Midview North. Discussion tabled to January 2012.

NEW BUSINESS 5:33

 Registration for 2012: Grafton North Community Room on 1/28 and 2/4 from 9 am – 12 pm each day.  2012 Fees – a. Midview North: MN will manage registration flyer production & delivery to schools along with forms. i. T-Ball = $35 ii. Farm Girls, Farm Boys Minor/Major = $95 iii. Girls A – C and Boys HH – F = $100 iv. Girls D and Boys EE &E = $120 v. Family Cap = $260 b. Belden: Has reviewed MN’s proposed pricing and agrees to above except for ii. at $100. Belden wants to raise these divisions to $110. c. GHS: To respond to MN and Belden with proposed pricing. Per boys county agreement, it is strongly encourage all three communities come to agreed pricing.
