1. Choose a “favorites” topic with at least 4 choices.

2. Create a signature sheet and conduct a survey of 50 students. They must sign their names on this signature page. (This must be turned in with your project.)

3. From your data, construct a visual that contains:

a) Circle (pie) graph

b) Line graph

c) A histogram (bar graph)

4. Find the median, range and mean of your data.

5. Find the percentage of each choice.

6. If you had surveyed 350 students, using the data, predict how many would have made the same choices.

All information from # 3, 4, and 5 must be included on your visual.

odd classes, November 18th Late projects will get a grade of 0 with max grade of 70 if turned in within week’s time.

Chapter 4 (Group presentation)

You will choose one unit from Chapter 4.

your group will be responsible to:

1. Teach the lesson to the class using a visual/electronic presentation and an oral one.

2. Create an activity to reinforce the lesson and to check for understanding

3. Create an evaluation to measure mastery.

4. Grade the evaluation.

All members will participate in all aspects of project and will be evaluated by their peers. The evaluation by your peers will be part of your grade for the lesson. The group members will not have to take the evaluation created by your group.
