Budget 2016 discussion – Motion Johnson accept as presented: no transfers from sales tax, sales tax dedicated to water bond ONLY for early payoff, Water & Sewer Service Policy change (garbage rate increase $6.00 for recycling, “subject to disconnect” changed to disconnected), $10,000. dedication from City General fund to fire department to replace sales tax, mill levy increase approx. 3.92, Fire Department Budget (including compensation plan), & purchase of new locator for city use.
