Overall Purpose of the Job

Working in the Digital Marketing team for Nutricia UKIR. The Web and Digital Administrator is responsible for maintaining Nutricia’s websites and online assets. This role will be responsible for the maintenance of our growing website portfolio and providing administrative support for digital marketing activities in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update the Nutricia website portfolio, including Brand, Condition and Patient-Facing websites

2. Collaborate with digital agencies for the development and implementation of website updates

3. First point of contact for technical website queries (both internal and external), including bug fixes, amendments, user account updates, DNS management, hosting, etc.

4. Provide administrative support for digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, database administration, analytics, CRM

5. Providing reports on website performance with recommendations for future updates

6. General administrative support

 Managing concurrent website updates across an online portfolio of 20 websites

 Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of website updates

 Working with a variety of systems and platforms including web based CMS’s (Ektron, Expression Engine) and Online Platforms (SaaS: Dotmailer, Salesforce.com, Sysomos, Radarly, Crazyegg, Browserstack, Magento, Google Analytics).

 Working in a responsive and rapidly evolving digital environment

Job Holder Skills & Experience Required

Essential Desirable E.g. Experience of working within the E.g. Inspirational leadership qualities medical/healthcare industry

- Experience of working with core web - Wider experience of web programming programming languages, i.e. HTML and CSS languages, i.e. Javascript, Jquery, PHP - Ability to work with Web Content Management - Experience of working with web servers and cloud Systems infrastructure, (LAMP, .NET Stack, IaaS, i.e. - Ability to work with online systems and platforms AWS) including Google Analytics, CRM Software. - Prior experience of using Ektron CMS - Highly organised, capable of managing work-load - Prior experience of using Google Analytics and prioritising website tasks - Capability to manipulate artwork using Adobe - Tech-Savvy, has good knowledge of web based Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design packages technologies - Data-oriented, capable of working with data and making informed recommendations - Good communication skills (written/ verbal) - clear and persuasive.
