This project proposes to increase student success, enhance the academic quality of my gatekeeper courses, and serve as a supplementary resource. This project will consist of creating an online MAT151 College Algebra course.

The online MAT151 College Algebra course will be created using modules previuosly created. These modelus follow the course competencies and will serve in designing the online course. A total of 5 modules will be used to create the online MAT151 course. Project Description The purpose of this project is to develop an online MAT151 College Algebra course. Previously completed modules will be used to set up an online MAT151 College Algebra course. Major Goals (What are the major goals of this project?) Examples: Create 2 modules incorporating wikis and audio; Create a module that will improve students scores in the ___ concept. 1. Set up an online MAT151 College Algebra course with all created modules. 2. Have online course available to use for Fall 2010 semester. 3. Assessment (How will you assess the project’s effectiveness and what supporting data will you use?) The assessment will be done by comparing student overall course grades between two MAT151 courses; a face- NOTE: Project falls under face-to-face to online course development with a budget of $6000 (4 credit course).
