CALL TO ORDER President Vinny Greco called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and welcomed all Board members and guests.

SECRETARY’S REPORT Secretary TJ Ricciardi Introduced new attendance sheet to replace silent roll call

TREASURER’S REPORT Treasurer Eric St. Amand

 Large ticket items and season setup items have been taken care of  Insurance don  Uniforms done  $40,000 in account with a few outstanding bills  $22,000 once all bills clear  Eric handed out cash flow projections  We are looking to budget for $10,000 of capitol improvements, at present we have all or most now  Field maintenance may be the only unknown at present due to Dean out today  We have all our insurance certificates, we will post them in the concession stand and post on line  Janet clarified we do not need to have the certs in hand at the park

VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT Nicole St Armand

 Sold two banners for fence each for $450 for 2 years  3 web site sponsors at $150 each  DQ still in progress  Mother’s day game setup in progress

FIELD MAINTENCE REPORT Field Manager Dean Olsen  Out today  Kevin reporting  Lime ordered  Will order the racks for machine down stairs  The field 7 window is partially repaired, broken glass removed  Women’s bathroom door by field 7 needs to be filed down on the top of the door, Kevin will fix

PLAYER AGENT REPORT Nicole St Armand  Registration has been closed  Meet and great went well

EQUIPMENT/SAFETY REPORT Equipment Manager Rich Daniels  Is coordinating donations of old equipment to Hartford church  E-Board apparel has been order  Need to buy brushes for umpires  Hat order has arrived and been distributed  Extra mouth guards will be in the concession stand in draw on right of soda refrigerator with extra ice packs

 Concession stand schedules are in progress  All relevant information has been provided to Jeff  Waiting for Jeff to schedule Health inspection

OLD BUSINESS UPDATES

NEW BUSINESS President Vinny Greco  Vinny and Dean are planning to hold a special meeting to address FD concerns with the concession stand  FD wants to see a plan even if we don’t have the money at this time to address all issues  Jim has offered to assist Dean with the Fire inspector

 The large gator is dead, and beyond repair  Paul Macala suggested looking at sending it to a trade school, Jim Sarantides suggested we discuss with Dean  Jeff provided a bid to run the concession stand as we do not have a concession manager  Jeff will take care of all delivers, open close park if already here  30 a day per day for less then 5 hours flat fee of 50 for more then 5 hours, this includes BJ and Cost Co runs, all ordering and inventory  Vinny asked for boar approval, Bill Zesut Motioned and paul seconded then all approved  TJ asked if we need to add to present prices to cover Jeff’s costs, Janet stated concessions provides the bulk of our monies with the new policies of inventory and control over spoilage we can cover Jeff’s costs of labor, also from Eric the photo give back from Jeff helps offset cost  The opening day ceremony will move to Monday the 22nd to accommodate 3 of the 4 scholarship recipients due to scheduling  We will post the open ceremonies change on the web site and email  Bob Albright plaque will be awarded at the Mothers day Game
