Each site will be assigned a “generic” ID in order to access the website. The OHCA web page is: https://www.ohcaprovider.com/Oklahoma/Security/logon.xhtml

Eligibility will need to be run on all 23 admits, 21 contacts, and 41 fee updates.

Log in using your assigned user id and password. If there are messages click next at the bottom of the page. In the green task bar at the top of the page you will see Eligibility. Click on this icon to check the Eligibility. There are several ways to verify. Search for consumer ALL ways, not just one. This will pick up multiple ID’s and ensure duplicate ID’s are not made due to SS #, DOB, and/or wrong spelling on names.

(1) Client ID (2) SSN and Birthdate (3) Name and DOB (4) Case Number

Enter the current month dates to ensure you have the latest dates the client has T19. Print 2 copies of the verification sheet. **Please note: The EFC chart# will not appear on the print out. Please write the EFC chart # on the verification sheets. Attach 1 of the verification sheet to the yellow copy of the client agreement form and forward to Data Processing (providing income has been verified). The 2nd verification sheet goes in the chart w/original client agreement form.

On the bottom of the sheet, the print out will state whether the client has T19 for the time frame you entered. Other information the sheet may give you is if the client has Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Medicare part A or B or both, and Private Insurance.

If the client has Medicare part A or B, (EFCMHC can only bill if consumer has both A & B) you will need to take a copy of the Medicare Card for the chart and note the information on the client agreement form.

Eligibility on the web.doc Revised 10/30/12 If the client is an adult with Private Insurance, we will not be able to provide services. They will need to contact their Insurance Co. and see who the providers are in their area.

If the client does not have Mental Health and Substance Abuse, you will need to contact Data Processing Helpline ext. 256 and Data Processing personnel will add that benefit.

If the client cannot be found in the OHCA system, thus not having an ID #, you will again call Data Processing Helpline ext. 256 and Data Processing Personnel will obtain the ID for you.
