In a July 26, 2010 ruling in R.10-05-004, parties were asked to review a proposal by the California Public Utilities Commission’s Energy Division Staff containing suggested modifications to the California Solar Initiative (CSI) Program. While the rulemaking has not yet issued a scoping memo establishing the priorities and timing of the entire proceeding, the objective of this workshop to discuss a subset of the issues raised in the July 26th Staff Proposal. Not all of the recommendations included in the CSI Staff Proposal will be discussed in this workshop. Other recommendations will be considered in subsequent workshops, and the full timing and prioritization of the proceeding will be determined by the scoping memo.
