eno stylus fails to pair, using new eno app & receiver.

SYMPTOMS: User reports pairing issues, during a first installation or after an update to “SMART” software. “SMART” software installs drivers, com ports and HID entries; causing our connection to be interrupted or blocked.
Next go to your device manager, by typing device manager from the start up menu. Note: “Be sure to verify with the user or installer that they do not have physical devices depended on this HID entries such a remotes, SMART BOARDS”. Once there select the SMART HID, right click and uninstall it.
Be sure to click also to remove its software as noted below, and then click ok to complete the removal.

Next select the SMART Virtual PC and follow the same step as above, but this time when prompt to reboot, please do so.
