<p>eno stylus fails to pair, using new eno app & receiver.</p><p>07.31.2013</p><p>SYMPTOMS: User reports pairing issues, during a first installation or after an update to “SMART” software. “SMART” software installs drivers, com ports and HID entries; causing our connection to be interrupted or blocked.</p><p>Next go to your device manager, by typing device manager from the start up menu. Note: “Be sure to verify with the user or installer that they do not have physical devices depended on this HID entries such a remotes, SMART BOARDS”. Once there select the SMART HID, right click and uninstall it.</p><p>Be sure to click also to remove its software as noted below, and then click ok to complete the removal.</p><p>Steelcase Inc. P.O.
