The right-hander struck out six and allowed just three hits in his five innings pitched. West Division W L GB Streak Akron 40 30 -- W1 In the top of the seventh, Binghamton got a two-run double from Tim Tebow, who was thrown out at third attempting to stretch his hit to a Altoona 34 29 2.0 L1 triple. The Tebow hit trimmed the Thunder lead to 6-3, but Abiatal Avelino homered in the bottom half, and Stephen Tarpley held the Rumble Harrisburg 36 32 3.0 L1 Ponies scoreless over the final two innings. Richmond 34 32 3.5 L1 The win ended a three-game losing streak for the Thunder, and was the team’s third victory in four matchups against Binghamton this season.
