If at the end of extra time the scores are still level, then the winners will be team which has scored the most tries in the game, including extra time. If the teams are level on points and tries at the end of extra time, then the winners will be determined by a place kicking competition as follows: Each team will be asked to nominate THREE goalkickers. The kickers need not to be predetermined, but they must come from the players on the pitch at the final whistle. No substituted or dismissed player will be permitted to take part. The end at which the competition takes place will be determined by a toss of a coin. The team to kick first will also be determined by a toss of a coin. Each kicker will have two kicks from designated positions on the 22 and 10 metre lines and after each team has completed their six kicks a winner will be declared. If the teams remain deadlocked, the competition will continue on a sudden-death basis.     2018/19 Challenge Cup Pool Draw

    2018/19 Challenge Cup Pool Draw The Pool Draw for the 2018/19 Challenge Cup will take place in Lausanne, Switzerland on Wednesday, 20 June at 2.00pm (UK and Irish time) before the draw for the Champions Cup. The key principles and key steps integral to the Draw are explained below. Key principles • The 20 clubs which have qualified on merit from the TOP 14, Gallagher Premiership Rugby, the Guinness PRO14, the PRO D2, the Greene King IPA Championship and from the Continental Shield will compete in the 2018/19 Challenge Cup in five pools of four. • The clubs are divided into four tiers based on the qualification positions from their respective leagues, and on the Continental Shield. A draw will be carried out in advance of the pool draw proper to complete the tiers. • Each of the five pools will include one club from each of the four tiers. • Each pool will have at least one club from the TOP 14, the Premiership and the PRO14. • There will be no more than two clubs from the same league in a pool. • No pool will contain two PRO14 clubs from the same country. • Clubs from the same league will be kept apart until the Tier 4 allocation. • A club from the Continental Shield cannot be drawn into a pool which contains two TOP 14 clubs or two Premiership clubs. Challenge Cup qualification For the purposes of creating the tiers, the clubs are ranked based on their finishing positions in the TOP 14, Premiership, PRO14, PRO D2 and Championship leagues, or on qualification from the Continental Shield.

It is the largest city in Northern Ireland and second largest on the island of Ireland. It has a population of 295,000 according to 2018 records. Throughout the 21st century, the city has seen a sustained period of calm, free from the intense political violence of former years and has benefited from substantial economic and commercial growth. Belfast remains a centre for industry, as well as the arts, higher education, business, and law, and is the economic engine of Northern Ireland. Belfast is still a major port, with commercial and industrial docks dominating the Belfast Lough shoreline, including the Harland and Wolff shipyard. Belfast is the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, which famously struck an iceberg and sunk in 1912. This legacy is recalled in the renovated dockyards’ Titanic Quarter, which includes the Titanic Belfast, an aluminium-clad museum reminiscent of a ship’s hull, as well as shipbuilder Harland & Wolff’s Drawing Offices and the Titanic Slipways, which now host open-air concerts.     OGGETTO: Richiesta di offerta per l’affidamento del servizio di amplificazione Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi 2018/2019 PREMESSE a. Zebre Rugby Club (di seguito Zebre), è alla ricerca di un fornitore per l’amplificazione e per l’impianto di diffusione sonora per le partite in casa della stagione 2018/2019 b. Zebre partecipa al Campionato Internazionale Guinness Pro 14 e alla Coppa EPCR Challenge CUP i cui calendari saranno noti a luglio 2018 c. Zebre intende affidare questo servizio per tutte le proprie partite giocate presso lo Stadio Lanfranchi di Parma d. Le partite in casa, per la stagione 2018/2019, dovrebbero essere 13, salvo eventuali play off o passaggi di turno in Coppa. Si precisa però che, nell’ambito del progetto franchigia, le Zebre intendono giocare da 2 a 4 partite in città differenti da Parma e. Le partite in casa delle Zebre hanno una partecipazione media di circa 1.500/2.000 spettatori che variano in base ai diversi fattori tra cui l’orario, condizioni climatiche e importanza dell’avversario f. La capienza effettiva dello stadio è di 5.000 persone 1. OGGETTO DELLA FORNITURA 1.1. Fornitura del servizio in oggetto per le partite “in casa” presso lo Stadio Lanfranchi di Parma per intrattenere i tifosi sugli spalti nel pre, durante e post partita con musica e annunci fonici del nostro speaker 1.2. Posizionamento degli altoparlanti valutato attentamente in base alla potenza dell’amplificazione, che non dovrà mai superare i limiti di legge 1.3. Richiesta una adeguata potenza di impatto, una copertura uniforme e una grande estensione al fine di coinvolgere il pubblico e i tifosi con musica, presentazioni che possano superare le emissioni sonore generate dai tifosi 1.4.
