We are pleased to announce that MCRJ will be published three volume per year, starting from 2016. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our reviewers, contributing authors, and readers for their continuous support to MCRJ. We look forward to publish more high quality research papers in the coming volumes. The 18th MCRJ features ten (10) interesting papers covering wide range of research area: five (5) quantitative analysis research papers; four (4) review papers, and one (1) technical paper. It is hoped that the readers will find informative articles from this edition of MCRJ.
