CATERING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All food and beverage (F&B) requirements of the Exhibitor shall be exclusively provided by SingEx. The Exhibitor shall not bring or allow to be brought onto the any F&B without SingEx’s prior written consent. [For more information, please refer to our F&B policy.]

2. All F&B requirements of the Exhibitor shall be made through the Catering Order Form (“Order Form”). All catering orders (“Orders”) shall be governed by these Terms & Conditions.

3. All Order Forms must be finalized and submitted by the deadline stated overleaf (“Deadline”). Once an Order Form has been received and successfully processed by SingEx Venues Pte. Ltd. (“SingEx”), an Exhibitor Order Confirmation will be issued.

4. Full payment must be made within the deadline stated in the Exhibitor Order Confirmation, failing which, the Order shall be deemed cancelled and cancellation charges equivalent to the total cost of the Order shall apply.

5. Payment shall only be accepted by credit card. The Credit Card Payment Authorisation Form will be attached to the Exhibitor Order Confirmation.

6. Unless expressly provided otherwise under these Terms & Conditions, all payments for Orders are non- refundable.

7. In the event that SingEx is unable to fulfil the Order for any reason whatsoever after the issuance of the Exhibitor Order Confirmation, SingEx shall notify the Exhibitor as soon as practicable. In this case, SingEx may:

(a) by giving the Exhibitor at least 7 days’ written notice, cancel the Order in whole or in part. Upon such cancellation, a full or partial refund (as the case may be) will be made to the Exhibitor; or (b) where applicable, replace any unavailable Order item with another item of similar or equivalent value.

8. Any amendment to the items placed in the Order after the issuance of the Exhibitor Order Confirmation shall be regarded as follows:

(a) No refund shall be made by SingEx for any reduction in the quantity of items placed in the Order. (b) The Exhibitor shall place a new Order for any increase in the quantity of items ordered and/or inclusion of any additional item. (c) Any increase to the Orders shall be subject to availability. (d) There will be a surcharge of 10% for Orders placed onsite for existing clients (clients who have an existing Order in relation to the Event) and a 50% surcharge for new Orders from new clients.

9. The layout of your Booth directly affects our ability to serve food at your Booth. Please note that additional space (outside of the Booth) may be required (e.g. set-up of cocktail reception) and additional charges shall apply accordingly. Please provide the layout of your Booth for SingEx’s assessment of the suitability for such requirement.

10. The F&B packages are inclusive of F&B service staff, unless stated otherwise (as self-serviced) in the applicable F&B package. A limit on the number of such F&B service staff may apply. SingEx shall have the sole discretion to determine the number of F&B service staff required for such Orders.

11. Please ensure that sufficient space is available at your Booth for placement of self-serviced items as stated in the applicable F&B packages. SingEx shall not be liable for any refunds or cancellation of Orders due to insufficient space at the Booth for such Orders.

12. SingEx does not supply furniture or equipment for placement of F&B at your Booth, or in connection with the Orders. Such requirement shall be arranged by the Exhibitor and/or its stand builder, as may be applicable. 13. Exhibitors are to clear their own waste in relation to the Event. All cleaning services required in relation to the Event shall be provided exclusively by SingEx’s cleaning contractor, Clean Solutions Pte. Ltd. Please contact Clean Solutions Pte. Ltd. at [email protected] for further information. All costs and expenses incurred by or in connection with any waste disposal shall be borne by the Exhibitor and be payable on SingEx’s demand.

14. All F&B and/or any area(s) used for preparation of F&B are to be contained strictly within the Exhibitor’s booth. SingEx reserves the right to remove or cause to be removed all such F&B and/or items in connection therewith without being liable to the Exhibitor whatsoever and the Exhibitor shall bear all costs and expenses incurred by SingEx in doing so.

15. All F&B are to be consumed within 2 hours upon delivery. SingEx shall not bear any responsibility for F&B consumed after the stipulated timeline of 2 hours.

16. The Exhibitor shall indemnify SingEx from and against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses which arise out of or relate to the Exhibitor’s breach of obligation under these Terms & Conditions or which arise out of or relate to its negligent acts or omissions.

17. An authorised signatory of the Exhibitor shall be present at the Booth during the delivery time as stated in the Order Form, failing which, SingEx shall not be liable for any non-delivery of the Orders.

18. All F&B are subject to availability and SingEx shall be entitled to cancel or amend Orders due to unavailability of any F&B item.

19. All prices quoted are subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).

20. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
