14th International RACS Conference on RussianCanadian Relations, which took place in the Conference Hall of the Institute for the U.S. and Canadian Studies of Russian Academy of Sciences (ISKRAN). The Conference was dedicated to the 150th Anniversary of the Canadian Confederation, and to the 50th Anni versary of ISKRAN. The Conference was divided into two sessions, held consecutively on De cember 15 and December 16. The first part of the Conference was devoted to economic, political and busi ness themes in RussianCanadian relations, including Northern and Arctic issues.
