Volume 1 comprised a simple listing of heritage properties that had been designated by municipal by-law under Parts IV or V of the Ontario Heritage Act since 1975. Volume 1 noted that Part IV designating by-laws are accompanied by “Reasons for Designation” that are registered on title. -

Schedule “A” of By-law No. 11-080 is deleted and replaced by the Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of this By-law, being an updated list of the location of properties, addresses, places and areas where smoking is prohibited. 2.
