l 2002 - PUERTA DEL TIEMPO Este documental de creación reconstruye la vida de Alexia l 2011 - ALEXIA González-Barros González (Madrid, 7 de marzo de 1971 - Pamplona, 5 de diciembre de 1985), una adolescente que está en proceso de beatificación desde 1993, sobre todo por la fe, entereza y alegría con que afrontó la enfermedad. En efecto, Alexia falleció a los catorce años a causa de un tumor en la columna vertebral. Y, desde su muerte, su devoción se ha extendido por los cinco continentes. Narrado en primera persona por la propia Alexia y por su ángel custodio Hugo, el filme incluye testimonios de sus familiares, profesoras y amigas, de los médicos y sacerdotes que la ayudaron, y de varios expertos en procesos de canonización. Todo ello, ilustrado con abundante material fotográfico y fílmico, numerosos fragmentos de las películas domésticas rodadas por su familia e ilustraciones divertidas de algunos episodios significativos de su vida.

This creative documentary reassembles the life of Alexia González- Barros González (Madrid, 7 March 1971 - Pamplona, 5 December 1985), a teenage girl in the process of beatification since 1993, mainly because of the faith, integrity and happiness she showed in dealing with her illness. Indeed, Alexia died at the age of fourteen from a spinal tumour, and since her death her devotion has spread throughout the five continents. They are pages from an intimate diary or a photo album opened at random. They are memories that reach one's head without warning. La historia de Amparito Puerto y los agujeros de gusano se centra en la búsqueda del por que de un pasado en el que la doble vida se apodera de nuestra protagonista. Las iniciativas profesionales y vocaciones artísticas de Amparito Puerto se ven avocadas al más autentico de los fracasos como consecuencia de la situación social y el entorno político que condicionan su vida, sin embargo su estrecha relación con el inconsciente le abrirá una puerta hacia la huida que le permitirá mantener una doble vida; una en España, otra en Argentina. La capacidad de Amparito para hacer pasar su vida por un delgado agujero de gusano que une los dos mundos le abrirá una puerta a formas de ser impropias de la mujer de la posguerra española.

The story of 'Amparito Puerto and the wormholes' focuses on the reason of a past in which the double life takes hold of our protagonist. The professional initiatives and artistic vocations of Amparito Puerto were dooomed to failures, due to the social and political situation that affected her life. However her close relationship with the unconscious will open a door to escape, letting her maintain a double life, one in Spain, one in Argentina. Amparito's capacity to pass her life for a thin wormhole which joins the two worlds will open the door to ways of being unworthy of the woman in the Spanish postwar period.

"Siempre he creído en la simplicidad, en la espontaneidad, en la intuición, en dejarme llevar, en amar... Tu puedes tener un gran éxito, aplausos... pero eso es lo que no te tienes que creer nunca; nunca has llegado a la perfección. Y quizás sea más divertido de esta forma." Así era Victoria de los Ángeles, una de las sopranos españolas más prominentes del siglo XX, que recorrió los escenarios de todo el mundo, desde Bayreuth hasta La Scala de Milán pasando por el Covent Garden y el Metropolitan Opera House de Nueva York. El punto de partida del documental es una nave industrial que guarda entre sus estanterías los baúles con los objetos personales de la cantante. A lo largo de 60 minutos, el equipo del documental, junto con la Fundación Victoria de los Ángeles, descubre con el espectador una miscelánea oculta bajo la pátina del polvo de los baúles: películas filmadas por la propia Victoria en los años 50 y 60, diarios personales, trajes de escena y un largo etcétera de objetos que ayuda a construir un retrato único de la soprano. En este viaje fascinante a la vida ya la personalidad de la cantante, se añaden algunos de sus compañeros de escena, como el tenor peruano Luigi Alva o el director Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, los pianistas Manuel García Morante y Albert Guinovart, la hija del pianista Paul Berl, que acompañó Victoria de los Ángeles en las giras por todo el mundo; admiradores, críticos, y personajes del ámbito de la lírica, como Plácido Domingo.

This was Victoria de los Angeles, one of the most prominent Spanish soprano singers who toured the whole world with her recitals and operas. This unique portrait brings together Victoria and Victoria de los Angeles, two souls inside one body. The starting point of the documentary is a huge warehouse that keeps in its dusty shelves, old trunks with the belongings of the diva, including 8 and 16mm self-shot movies that have never been seen before. This 60 minute journey into the de los Angeles life through her objects, combined with interviews with opera celebrities of the 20th century such as Placido Domingo, Luigi Alva, orchestra conductor Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, will relaunch Victoria de los Angeles's songs and savoir faire, if it was ever forgotten.
