VOTE by Tuesday, June 23 Endorsements & Info: FairnessVotes.com

2020 has already been a trying year on so many fronts. It began with the General General Election ‘20 Assembly where we fought against half a dozen anti-LGBTQ laws, including attacks on Page 2 children’s access to healthcare, a ban on transgender student athletes, a return of the C-FAIR Endorsements trans student bathroom bill, and more. With your help, we were able to stop every piece of anti- LGBTQ legislation and achieve a record number of co-sponsors on both the Statewide Fairness Page 4 Law and bills to Ban Conversion Therapy. 2019 Year in Review COVID-19 interrupted the legislative session and all our lives, but the most difficult part of the Page 7 year has been the struggle to end police violence against black and brown Americans. The 2019 “Friends of Fairness” deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, David McAtee, and countless others has traumatized our nation and re-centered the fight for racial justice across all communities. We Page 10 believe it is more important than ever to stand with Black Lives Matter and ask everyone to speak “We The People” Sponsors out in whatever way you can to dismantle white privilege, racism, and police violence.
