2 message from the PROFILE PRESIDENT

Dear Family and Friends of the Regis Catholic School System:

As our team works to launch our Annual Regis Fund Appeal, we take the time to reflect on how we are blessed by so many people that assist our community in fostering the legacy that was started by St. Patrick’s Parish in the late 1880’s. The vision and sacrifice of all of the parishioners throughout the decades has helped foster a high quality of instruction that our students receive today, along with promoting our values, and graduating productive members of society.

I can give you the glowing statistics of how our students compare to their peers from the Chippewa Valley, Wisconsin, and the nation. The data is impressive, but we are more than just numbers on a report. Naturally we do more than just educate, we promote a higher moral living and perform community service by using the life of Jesus as an example. That being said, we do need your support as we look to continue our mission of a quality, faith based education for the students of Regis Catholic Schools.

Our campaign was successful last year, raising nearly $300,000.00 through the Annual Regis Fund and the Tuition Partnership Program. With these funds a number of improvements were made to our Child Development Centers, the three elementary schools, and of course the Regis campus. With the recent advances in technology our elementary schools needed to install wireless capability which was completed. Chromebooks are now in the hands of each of our middle schools students this school year. We have also updated the infrastructure of our buildings, from lockers at St. Mary’s, to an intercom system at St. James, and new look to our gymnasium and girl’s locker room at Regis. We currently have many more projects to update our buildings, invest in modern instructional resources, and most importantly enhance the salaries of our RCS teachers.

Finally, I would like to thank you for the continued support. We have many generous patrons who keep us in mind with donations, volunteering time, and keeping us in their prayers. All of us here at Regis Catholic Schools consider you partners in sharing our mission that maintaining a strong Catholic tradition is positive for our community.

In His Service;

Mark Gobler ‘73
