ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES — BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MARSDEN AND THE RURAL OF MANITOU LAKE NO. 442 1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Village of Marsden has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Municipal Affairs. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Village of Marsden and the Rural Municipality of Manitou Lake No. 442 be altered by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the village the territory described in Schedule A; 562 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, March 26, 2010

SCHEDULE B The boundaries of the Village of Marsden shall comprise the territory in the Province of Saskatchewan lying within: Township 44, Range 27 West of the Third Meridian and described as: (1) the folIowing portions of the north-east quarter of Section 34: (a) Parcels A, B, D and H shown on Plan Nos. AF1906, 101742195, 101742207 and 101860297 respectively; and (b) that portion lying east of the western boundary of Parcels S6, S9, SX4 shown on Plan No. 101941039 and Public Reserve PR5 shown on Plan No. 88B00692, and lying north of the southern boundary of said Public Reserve PR5, Parcel E shown on Plan No. 88B00692, Parcel F shown on Plan No. 101741802, and Block 3 shown on Plan Nos. AF1906, 101742106 and 101742184; and (c) the most northerly 100.584 metres of the east half of legal subdivision 9 lying south of the southern boundary of Block 3 shown on Plan Nos. For description purposes, the land acquired by plan of survey for widening to an adjoining road allowance is deemed to be part of the road allowance. Chaque document ou disquette doit être complet, conformément aux normes de parution, et doit être séparé de la lettre d’accompagnement. Les signatures sur les documents doivent être dactylographiées ou écrites lisiblement en lettres moulées et doivent apparaître immédiatement en dessous de la signature écrite.

Le paiement d’avance est exigé pour TOUS les avis placés dans la Gazette de la Saskatchewan par les clients non gouvernementaux. Les chèques ou les mandats doivent être établis à l’ordre du fonds renouvelable de l’Imprimeur de la Reine. Veuillez y inclure la TPS en plus des tarifs réguliers au taux de 5 % pour chaque article cité ci-dessous dans la catégorie « soumis à la TPS ».
