This program ran from 2016 to 2021 and involved the work of twelve ambitious researchers and their supervisors, four knowledge centers, seven industrial partners and the representatives of CCC. The result: an indepth body of new knowledge and insights into the kinetic process of the intestinal degradation of dietary fibers and the effect of these fibers on human and animal health, immune system and metabolism. They provide sturdiness, energy and food reserves. Unfortunately, our Western diet usually doesn’t contain the advised 30 to 40 grams of dietary fibers a day. This leads to the increase of the probability to develop chronic health problems like colon cancer, cardiovascular disorders and diabetes. Various CCC programs aimed at finding out this happen? And which fibers does a healthy microbiota how carbo hydrates can contribute to better prefer and why? Which enzymes are involved, and which health, prevention of diseases and reinforcement of the shortchain fatty acids are produced by the bacteria? How immune system. One of these programs was CCC NWO does the kinetic process of fermentation change over CarboKinetics. This program focused on the kinetics of the time?
