But for Seat tuning specialist JE DESIGN, it is the blank canvas on which to base their body, engine, suspension, and exhaust upgrades with the potential for up to 380hp and 285km/h. Shortly after the market launch of the base car, JE DESIGN put the car on their muscle-building programme with a wide-body kit. The trademark JE DESIGN Leon Cupra 300 ST Widebody delivers a purposeful look with a new front bumper with big air intakes, wider front and rear arches, matching side skirts and a rear insert in either gloss black or carbon look. The finishing touch to this 5,534 euro aerodynamic styling kit is a bespoke rear spoiler. A lowering spring set (191 euro) that matches the original dampers provides a 20mm drop in ride height and improved handling. For the ultimate in handling, JE DESIGN offers the KW-DDC plug & play suspension, which lowers the ride height by up to 45mm, and works with the factory adaptive damping.

  • Sports and Entertainment Facility
Attachment 1 Councillors’ Questions on Sports and Entertainment Facility COUNCILLOR SOHI Questions for Administration : 1. What are the timelines for projected growth around the arena? How many years would it take to generate $9.6 to $11.2 million in a projected uplift in incremental taxes? 2. Was the Community Revitalization Levy (CRL), or similar model of financing, used for building arenas in other cities? What were some of the negative or positive implications? 3. Are arenas exempted from property taxes? How much in estimated property tax revenue would the City of Edmonton collect if the proposed downtown arena paid property taxes? 4. As the CRL requires provincial approval, will the education portion of property tax be affected? 5. Have discussions taken place with the Province regarding the CRL model? 6. What role can (or will) the city administration play in determining who will operate the new arena. Will this decision be made by the Katz group or by the City? 7. What role can (or will) the administration play in regard to site selections? 8. What safe guards can be put in place to ensure that no new taxes would be required in the future to pay for debt servicing charges? 9. How does the proposed site fit into the City’s Downtown Plan? What impact will the arena will have on the Downtown Plan? 10. If city is the major financier of the arena, then why can the City not operate the arena and use the non hockey revenue to pay for the debt. 11. What role has the city administration played in the design of the arena, and what role will it play in the future? Questions for Northlands : 1.

at Dalton Piercy, Elwick and Hart & May 2020 Produced for the Villagers by Hart and Elwick Churches Revd. Janet Burbury, The Vicarage, Hart, Hartlepool. TS27 3AP [email protected] Tel. 01429 262340 Mob 07958 131271 Dear friends, I truly wish I could wave a magic wand and comfort you all but this climate of fear and isolation is such a massive change to us all, I doubt any of us has yet to truly feel it’s implications. Be assured my prayers and pastoral support is with you. Don’t think twice before picking up the phone to contact me for a chat, to help in a practical way. I will do what I can to help. We haven’t had a ‘dispersed’ church since the days when Jesus himself walked this earth. Soon after his life on earth church buildings to gather for worship and pastoral support were built by the disciples copying the pattern of the Jewish syna- gogues of the day. Today as a dispersed church we are figuring out how to be church. If this restriction to isolate goes on, what will become of church buildings when they can’t afford their statutory upkeep including insurance, parish share and all? How will this virus refocus our society? Will the threat of this virus weaken or strengthen the Christian church? Will we become more or less community minded? As we see the empty shelves in our shops from panic buying we are certainly chal- lenged to pray more earnestly, “Give us today our daily bread”. This phrase re- minds us to ask for what we need and no more.
