Sean was presented with a special District Governors award for his song "Sing with the Lions" which he composed for International President Gudrun Yngvadottir. The song is receiving huge interest and success throughout the world on YouTube. It has been distributed to all Lions Clubs worldwide. International Vice President of Lions International Brian E Sheehan from America made the presentation. Sean's second award was for "All Ireland Scribe of the Year" for his input on behalf of his club in the weekly newsletter. He was presented with two trophies by PDG Joe Smilth.
